Return Eligibility

Defective or Damaged Products

• Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or damage

After reviewing your claim, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.

If you prefer not to receive a replacement, you may request a return for a refund. The item must be returned according to our return instructions before a refund can be issued. Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
